This data stream is then pushed to Edge Computer for analysis. Edge computer analyze the data for abnormalities and raise alarms for quick response and resolution. Edge computers provide a range of reports on machine conditions, productivity, operator skill set, GPS location of material, energy consumption, usage patterns, OEE and OLE reports. Edge computer further filter data and send it to Cloud for further analysis.
